Return and Refunds

All purchases through the portal is subject to return for exchange or for refund, when deemed necessary (e.g. wrong size, colour, quality, etc.), except if it is clearly stated otherwise.

The maximum duration for any item to be returned is 5 days from the date of purchase and/or product delivery. All such items must be returned as unused, in the same condition as at when purchased and with the original wrapping/packaging in place.

If applicable, every logistics cost associated with returning an item must be handled by the buyer.

Every returned item(s) must be accompanied with a proof of payment e.g. Receipt. Upon receiving returned item(s), inspection will be carried out to ascertain their conditions. Once inspection is completed the buyer will be notified of the outcome through any of the following options: email, phone call, text message. If the return is approved then the item will either be exchanged for another one or the refund of money will be processed, depending on the buyer’s preference. The refund will be processed by using the original method of payment or through any other option as may be agreed by both parties, e.g. cash, debit/credit card. Depending on the method of payment for the refund, the maximum duration for the refund shall not exceed 3 working days.

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards are not refundable once purchased.

Account funds are also not refundable once purchased.
